We're up for a meet, mind you we'd attend the opening of an envelope or a crisp packet for that matter. We're about 30/40 minutes away from you, J20 M60 is quite close to us.

hey paul thats 2 up to now lol, and if we get a few more suggestions we can then decide a central place for us all, some may not drive so we need to think of them when we all pick a place, but lets see how many more NW dogs and their humans post here

Cool, lets see who else wants to meet up.

Paul.

Re: northwest meet anyone

I think I could get to Formby beach, depends when though lol.

Re: northwest meet anyone

I'm actually in Liverpool, so it shouldn't be too difficult, depending when though because I'd need to put money aside for transport lol.

I'd be interested in a north west meet. I'm not too far from Delamere Forest. Am still getting used to owning Paddy and have a couple of issues round socialisation so a meet may be a good opportunity for me to train Paddy and pick up tips from you guys. Evenings and weekends I'd have to bring my 2 children with me, aged 8 and 6. Hope we get some interest.

I'm over in Newcastle but parents live in Penrith so a North West meet could kill two birds with one stone and I could play the dutiful daughter and visit them...... i could totally go for it and visit my brother in Morecambe too.

Beach prefered here, but up for anything really, just need plenty of notice please.

Hello. I found this website and decided to join you all today. I would love to meet up with others with Jack Russells so I could get some sympathy and help instead of dirty looks! I have 2 who are very noisy in canine company so it would be brilliant to get together to get some tips from you all and give them some practice in manners. I live between Preston and Blackpool so a trip to Formby would be just great.

Hopefully see you soon!

Welcome to the forum Sam,Brenda and Bruno,

You'll find a lot of useful information on here covering everything JR. A Northwest meet would be great and long overdue. We'll see what we can arrange once we know how many would be interested and where they're coming from and mode of transport.

Feel free to post pictures of your dogs, as many as you like as we like pictures on here.

All the best,

Paul.

Thanks for your welcome.

I would love to post pictures of the dogs but I'm a bit of a thicky when it comes to PCs and have no idea how on earth to put those lovely pics on your messages. Please tell me how!

I'm afraid I have a strangely named JR - my dogs are Brenda and Bruno, not that I named them I hasten to add. I'm Sam!

I posted a reply to your 2nd post re posting images.

Paul.

Yes thanks Paul, I'll have a go at that, thanks for your help.

I've attached a file for you to see if this works!

well so far it seems to be formby that is mentioned more than others, lets see if we get some more replies and fingers crossed all the NW jacks will get to meet and greet and can bark their heads off at each other, and we can arrange the details when we think we have got all the NW people, ( and anyone else from afar )
