Sorry, still no pups!
Day 60 of Lola's whelping calendar (going by 2nd mate)
I really believe that Lola will explode if she goes much longer..I will post more pics tomorrow.
I have been keeping a temperature chart (my family believes I have gained Obsessive Compulsive Disorder!!) as the literature advises, and Lola is pretty much text book at around 99.6 to 100. So I am waiting with baited breath for the 'sudden drop' in temp which apparently indicates pups will arrive within 12-24 hours and is 99.9% accurate. Lola is not so impressed with this method of assessment!!
She is still eating albeit very fussily, choosing spicy chicken, cottage cheese, yellow ice pops and chocolate milk, and they say women have strange taste in pregnancy!
I think she is brighter too, but still hiding whenever she can. I have discouraged the kids from 'finding her' as I don't want to put her off if she gets comfy somewhere and 'starts'..I should be so lucky!
