All about Nina

Nina is a gorgeous little dog, beautiful and intelligent. She does have some separation anxiety issues, but has been getting over these and her tendency to chew. We have worked with her on making her more settled, we have been using a dog cage to aid in this.

She is very obedient and has been great around kids in her old home and with us. She has settled into to being a very great companion for our other dog Skye. A greyhound, they make a great intelligent team. A little mischievous, good escape artists, but never to run away, but Nina is definitely the brains of the operation. Skye is the muscle.

Nina is timid due to the fact she has been mistreated in the past, but it has not affected her nature and her love of people and kids.

It breaks my heart for it to come to this, but our circumstances have changed. Our relationship has broken up and due to our individual personal circumstances it is not possible to keep Nina.

She can be left alone for a few hours if need be, but it's best to leave her in her wee haven that has become her pen.

Nina loves going out and needs to get out for a good walk everyday.

She will make a wonderful companion for any person, but may well be happier will a lady, but will show equal love to Men and Women, as well as kids and other dogs.

She is lovely little Tri Colour that we have only had for a few months. I know the person that I got her from would take her back, but we feel it would be in Nina's best interests to be rehomed elsewhere. We believe that this would be best served through the people that understand Jack Russell's best.

Nina can be a little verbal around other dogs, but her bravery is usually increased by the fact that she is being held back on a lead, maybe the other dog is too or there is a gate in the way. She is a lovely little girl and we have been unable to get her neutered as we have not been fully aware of her history so the vets suggested we waited until she had been in season again. She is in season just now, although we have ensured no contact with male dogs. She has been thoroughly checked out by the vets recently and is in great health. She is a great wee dog and is a credit to my ex partner.
